Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: Two key international speakers will debate important finance and investment issues at the Euromoney GCC Financial Forum to be held on the 4 and 5 of March. This is the third year the Euromoney Conference is held in Bahrain. The conference brings together leading speakers and guests who will discuss various issues relating to Finance and the GCC, including the emergence of Financial Centers in the region.
Lord Davies of Abersoch, non-executive Chairman of PineBridge Investments, former Chairman of Standard Chartered and former UK Minister, will join Todd Buchholz, former director for Economic Policy at the White House, a managing director of the US$15 billion Tiger hedge fund and an award-winning economics teacher at Harvard.
Together with Euromoney editors, they will discuss QE tapering and its effects on global investment and the economies of the Middle East, including a discussion on US growth and its effect on emerging markets, in particular relative to the Middle East.
